We stand behind our product. If ScholarShip doesn't deliver value for you, we want to make it right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase any ScholarShip plan and are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

Specifically, if you cannot find at least 10 scholarships you qualify for after exploring the platform, contact us and we will process your full refund within 5–7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at refunds@scholarshipshub.app within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account and your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  3. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Each customer is eligible for one refund per account.
  • Mentoring sessions that have already taken place (Elite plan) are non-refundable but the rest of the plan remains refundable.

Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade from one plan to another, the refund window resets from the date of upgrade. You will only be charged the price difference between the two plans.
